Susan’s roles encompass communications, content development, special projects, and secondary research. Using her expertise, she guides organizations to actualize their goals by crafting customized EDI vision statements.

She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a dual degree in English Literature, and Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice. Before IESS, she taught English to students from elementary to high school. Her interests include art, history, and video games.
